Reviews and Ratings
This quaint little historic hotel has plenty of charm and is ideally located in downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a vintage feel with unique features, but don't expect modern conveniences like air conditioning. While I enjoyed the authenticity and the quietness of my top-floor room, the lack of tea and coffee facilities was a downside. If you're looking for a classic experience, this hotel is a decent choice.
My stay was quite enjoyable with a prime location just around the corner from Union Square, making it super easy to explore shopping spots and restaurants. The hotel was tidy and neat, and I appreciated having an ensuite bathroom-definitely worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and friendly. However, the lack of coffee machines in the room was a letdown, and the old lift posed some inconvenience.
I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and truly central, the overall cleanliness and comfort leave much to be desired. The room I stayed in was outdated, and the lack of basic amenities really affected my experience. I did appreciate the old-world charm, but the negatives overshadowed the positives.
This hotel unfortunately fell short of my expectations. While the location was decent, I found the overall cleanliness and comfort significantly lacking. The shared bathroom situation was not as I imagined, and the noise levels made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, the staff were pleasant and accommodating, which was a small bright spot in my stay.
The hotel is located conveniently near Union Square, making it easy to access various restaurants and shops. The room I stayed in was clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a coffee machine in the room, and the elevator felt quite outdated and difficult to use. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
